THE LINEUP STORY

Lineup began with a team of curious IT experts at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Their challenge was to better understand their contributors’ skills and demographics. Following that curiosity, they developed an internal tool that reduced staff workload, strengthened support for contributors, and improved impact. 

The success sparked something bigger: in March 2019, Lineup Management Services, LLC was officially launched.

Lineup’s History of Innovation

2015: NCARB launches an internal tool built to streamline the management of its 250+ volunteers
2019: NCARB creates new software startup called Lineup Management Services to help organizations streamline volunteer management
2019: Lineup wins prestigious Judge’s Success Award from 2019 ATP Innovation Lab
2020: Lineup partners with its first Fortune 500 client to expand system capabilities
2025: Lineup launches new credentialing module for licensure and certification clients
