  • Security is a top priority at Lineup. We utilize the latest technology and best practices for internet security available today. When you access our site, your connection is secured via Transport Layer Security (TLS). Read more about Lineup's security.

  • No. Each subscription includes access to our team of implementation specialists to help you create and set up your instance. They will also provide you and your team with formal training on the platform.

  • Yes, additional profiles can be purchased in increments of 250 for $500

  • A workspace is just an instance within an instance, or an entire platform within a platform. People and data are kept separate and only people with access to specific workspaces are able to see the people and data in the workspace. Learn more about workspaces.

  • Our API-forward technology enables our clients to integrate Lineup with a variety of different platforms and CRMs. To understand how, our team published an article that provides that provides a brief explanation of how it works and contains an overview of the different types of integrations we have with our current clients. An empowered subscription is required for integration. Additional fees may apply.
