Lineup Software Privacy Policy

Lineup Management Services LLC (referenced herein as “we,” “us,” or “Lineup” or with “our) has developed this Privacy Notice to describe Lineup’s privacy and data practices related to its Lineup software platform (“Software”).  Lineup reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time to address changes to its information collection, disclosure, use practices, or changes in law. If Lineup makes changes to this Privacy Notice, Lineup will post those changes at this location and provide notice of any material changes so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Please review this Privacy Notice on a periodic basis.


  • Technical information gathered automatically. The Software hosting company collects aggregate or anonymous information from you when you use our Software. This information may include data such as your browser type, your ISP or operating system, the URL of previous websites you visited, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

  • Membership information you provide to us.  Lineup will collect any information regarding your members that you provide to us through the Software. 

  • Personal information you provide to us. In certain sections of the Software, you may have the opportunity to register for an online account, which requires you to provide information about yourself to Lineup. We may also collect information that you provide in the material you post on our Software or include in your correspondence with us. Please note that we may supplement the information you provide to us with data we receive from third parties.


We use the information we collect for various purposes, including the following:

  • To provide the Software and services you request;

  • To contact you, including to respond to your inquiries;

  • For business purposes, such as analytics, research, advertising and marketing, payment processing, and operational purposes;

  • To maintain, operate, customize, and improve the Software;

  • To comply with law enforcement and maintain the security of the Software; or

  • As otherwise disclosed at the time of collection or use.



We share information with third parties, including the following:

  • With third parties that provide services on our behalf, such as those that provide operation and customization, customer service, marketing, system communications, and payment services;

  • Upon request, with third parties that provide services on your behalf;

  • With third party platforms that integrate our services;

  • As part of a sale, merger or acquisition, or other transfer of all or part of our assets including as part of a bankruptcy proceeding;

We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without restriction.


We may collect information from you by using cookies, web beacons, tags, login files, and/or other similar data collection or tracking techniques to enhance and/or monitor your experience while using the Software. Cookies and other similar computer-related data tracking generally collect small pieces of information stored on a User’s computer containing information about the User. Our Software may contain hyperlinks or gateways to other sites that we do not own or operate. We provide links to third party websites as a convenience to the users of our Software. These links are not intended as an endorsement of or referral to the linked websites. You should be aware that these external or third party sites may collect personal information and are not controlled by Lineup and therefore are not subject to this Privacy Notice. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy statements, notices, and Terms of Use of any other websites that you visit.

The Software may also include integrated social media tools or “plug-ins,” such as social networking tools offered by third parties.  If you use these tools to share personal information or you otherwise interact with these features on the Software, those companies may collect information about you and may use and share such information in accordance with your account settings, including by sharing such information with the general public.  Your interactions with third-party companies and your use of their features are governed by the privacy notices of the companies that provide those features.  We encourage you to carefully read the privacy notices of any accounts you create and use.
