Lineup Earns Runner-Up Nod From The IT Certification Council (ITCC)

Lineup is excited to announce that earlier this month we earned a runner-up nod from the IT Certification Council (ITCC). Every year, ITCC recognizes an organization that has created a product, service, or initiative that has resulted in a positive impact to its company or the IT certification industry and awards them with their annual Innovation Award. This recognition is no small feat for our team as we were up against some big contenders in the industry like, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the 2020 award recipient, IBM and SAP Software Solutions.

The acknowledgment from ITCC is a big win for Lineup. In 2017, a small group of IT individuals who work for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) came together to find a solution for their outdated volunteer management processes. This internal effort of designing and building a tool to help the association gain a more detailed look at the skills and demographics of its volunteers morphed into an organizational-wide cultural shift.

There are several benefits to using Lineup, specifically within the IT certification industry. The Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and volunteer management system (VMS) was developed with the purpose of eliminating outdated processes like labor-intensive spreadsheet mapping and online forms. With Lineup, exam publishers can filter, assess, recruit, and, build diverse teams of SMEs in a centralized location and increase SME satisfaction and productivity. With Lineup, you can capture valuable information about your SMEs and volunteers, share information in a centralized space to eliminate data silos, measure team or individual performance, as well as learn from the data that’s been collected and identifying trends to make informed decision and improve processes.

In addition to the ITCC recognition, Technical.ly also recognized Lineup as one of DC’s 20 most promising tech companies of 2020. Lineup has offered solutions to Adobe, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the National Architectural Accrediting Board, the Association for Corporate Growth, and more, by providing them with a platform that allows them to curate the best volunteer and SME teams possible, optimize team performance, and make smarter decisions.
