Lineup’s Statement on Combating Racism

Our hearts are heavy this week. We condemn racism and the ongoing acts of police brutality, injustice, and hatred perpetuated against the Black community and against all communities subjugated by bigotry and disparate treatment. 

We mourn the loss of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and a heartbreaking number of other individuals whose murder underscores the urgent need for change in our society. We believe that it is important to stress that Black Lives Matter.

At Lineup, one of our core goals is to enable organizations to emphasize diversity—to help companies recognize the diverse subject matter experts in their community and engage them, using their voices to build stronger, better teams. That goal is especially important now.

We commit ourselves to lifting up diverse voices, especially those of the Black community and including those who are our neighbors and our colleagues. We commit ourselves to standing against injustice in all its forms. We stand with the right to protest, and we advocate for raising all voices against injustice without fear.
